If you wish to rent a property and have seen something that catches your eye on the listing, please contact us for a viewing. Once you have decided to take a property, then you will be required to:
- Pay a reservation fee and a reference fee (which are non returnable should you decide to withdraw).
- Complete the tenant application forms supplying details of employment, previous landlords and bank details.
- Sign a contract for an agreed period, usually a minimum of six months.
- Pay a deposit of one and a half months rent in advance (which will include your reservation fee) and the first months rent.
- Setup a standing order for monthly rent payments.
- You may need to provide a guarantor if required.
At the end of the tenancy pay a check out fee, plus the cost of repairing any dilapidations caused by you, during your tenancy, over and above normal wear and tear.
